Refund Policy

In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you have the choice of having the goods re-produced or receiving a refund. For an item to be re-produced or refunded, please contact frank@crystalphotoimages.com within 7 days of receiving the goods to discuss and resolve the issue.

In the event where a refund is requested, please allow up to 7 days for the funds to be credited back to your desired bank account.

An item cannot be re-produced or refunded in the following circumstances;a) Where Poor quality or low resolution images are supplied by the customer – No refund or reprint will be offered in the instance where the image/s supplied by the customer are of poor quality. Low resolution, out of focus, under exposed or over exposed images can only be printed as supplied.b) Customer spelling mistakes – All orders will be produced as per the artwork supplied, it is the customers responsibility to check for errors in spelling.
